Preliminary design

The redesign of the apartment led us to conceive a new internal distribution of spaces, establishing the client’s new priorities (common areas, private areas) and immediately determining the characteristics of the two floors on which the home is spread. The lower floor thus became the representation of the common areas, a place for sharing (living room, dining room, open kitchen, etc.) and certainly the most representative. The upper floor, on the other hand, is distributed by tailoring the functions of the rooms to the specific needs of the client (e.g., the laundry area with access from the bathroom, the dressing room with access hidden by the wardrobe in the guest room, the study with access to the terrace), playing with the different internal heights due to the characteristics of the attic.
