This new construction project involves the construction of a building for manufacturing/craft purposes. The planned building will mainly consist of a single level for the factory, while the area intended for service rooms (offices and toilets) will be on two levels. Private parking spaces, exclusively for permanent parking, will be located in front of the building. The typological and construction characteristics will be those typical of industrial buildings, with particular attention paid to the use of materials and colours to define the building envelope and roofing in accordance with sustainable building guidelines, as well as the recovery of rainwater from the roof, which will be collected in underground tanks and reused for appropriate purposes. The use of alternative energy sources is envisaged, in particular with the use of photovoltaic panels on the roof. In the area surrounding the buildings, appropriate landscaping with trees and shrubs of native and/or naturalised species consistent with the site is planned. The transformation area is located in a fully urbanised settlement, therefore easily accessible by technological service networks that are totally absent in the area.
